What is in all of us? Who are we . . . really? What makes us who we are? The various questions that a person has for themselves results in the various answers they find. The speculations, the theories, the epiphanies, are all part of what life gives us to the questions we have. Just think about a ball in the middle of a room. No one is around touching it or playing with it. It's just there. It's just 'being'. Nothing is happening to that ball and from any perspective you can see that it is just a ball.
We know what we want in life. We strive to gain acceptance and gain a platform to which to live. Our goal is to survive. What do we do to survive? We attempt to rid ourselves of the negativity and, as the phrase goes, 'accentuate the positive'. But, sometimes, a person cannot do that. What happens when a person is confronted by an opposing concept or a 'moody' person, either at work or at school or even at home? Our prime reaction is to viscerally react in a way that might be seen as negative or harmful. How do we change that? How do we change a negative reaction to a more beneficial or positive reaction?
